Had worked in the engineering department of SSMC and the project management department of NORTEL CHINA. held a post of General Manager in China of ADA Cellworks China.  Established Cellswave networksTechnology Co.Ltd. in July,2007,responsible for the market expansion, business cooperation and operation management.

Guanyao Liu: Copartner,Director,consultant. Master of economics. General Manager of  Worldkey International LTD.

Shun Liu: Copartner,Director,Deputy General Manager.Graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication, master degree. Held the post of technical support manager in ALLGON communication system Co.Ltd. and worked as the technical support manager in ANDREW telecom equipment Co.Ltd. Has plentiful work experience in the internet technical service of GSM/CDMA and the project management of many years. Works as Deputy General Manager of Cellswave networks Technology Co.Ltd. from July,2007, responsible for the business cooperation, capital operation and project implementation.

Mandy Wang: Copartner,Director, Chief technology officer. Bachelor degree of computer. From 2003,worked as a project assistant, project manager, advanced project manager and ability development manager in China area in ADA Cellworks China successively. Has plentiful experience in GSM network optimization of Nokia and Motorola and in the project management. Worked as the chief technology officer of Cellswave Networks Technology Co.Ltd. from July,2007, responsible for the network planning and optimization, the technical support and technical training, as well as  responsible for the software development.
